For alarm clocks and charging clock products, keep the device away from excessive heat, moisture, and water. Clean the surface with a soft cloth. If needed, use a cloth lightly moistened with mild soap and water, then dry the product completely. Do not use harsh cleaners, benzene, thinner, or abrasive materials.

If your clock uses backup batteries, do not mix old and new batteries. If the product will not be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to help prevent possible leakage or corrosion.

For Bluetooth heated eye massagers, turn off the device before cleaning. Wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft cloth. Do not wash, soak, or immerse the product in water. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents. Charge the product with the recommended charging cable and adapter, and do not use the device while it is charging.
